I had a great experience with the technician who worked on my BMW X5. He was extremely professional, thorough, and determined to get the job done right. He even cut his arm and injured his finger while changing my oil, but he remained focused and completed the service with a positive attitude. I also noticed that he was training a new employee and did an excellent job of supporting her throughout the process. He patiently walked her through each step, demonstrating professionalism, knowledge, and a genuine commitment to helping her learn. I don’t normally take my BMW to quick-service oil change locations, but this experience exceeded my expectations. It was refreshing to receive quality service without sacrificing convenience.
