I had an excellent experience at Take 5 this week. My oil change literally took five minutes, which was such a refreshing change compared to places where I usually have to wait at least an hour before they can even see me. The staff was professional, friendly, polite, and very helpful throughout the whole process. I really appreciated the quick service and great customer care. Highly recommend! Oh, did I mention it was about $30 less than what I normally pay.
I was in urgent need of an oil change. The appointment I made elsewhere, the company canceled on me. I went to Take Five. They took me in immediately. Greeted me with a bottle of water, went through everything step-by-step, showing me and telling me everything they were doing. They worked swiftly and meticulously. The mileage sticker they put on the window of my car doesn’t tell me when I’m due for the next oil change, it tells me that I’m halfway there and to come in to have all the oil and fluids topped off, free of charge! I will definitely come back again. I have already recommended this place to two of my friends. And there were even online coupons to apply to the final cost.

I appreciated this so much! The AM Desirae saw something that could potentially cause an issue down the road and came up to show me and explain her recommendations. She was also so polite and went out of her way for us. We received quick and very pleasant service!
