I received ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE from Take 5 oil change. The Assistant manager Nas B. and lead Technician Cincere were very pleasant, making sure to explain any recommendations as well as giving discounts where applicable. They gave a cold bottle of water to me as they came to the car to find out what was needed which along with the services makes them top tier for me. I would highly recommend Take 5 to anyone. The store I patronized was the one in Greece. Sincerely, Sabrina
Absolutely amazing service from the team at your West Ridge facility. They were polite and thorough in each step of the process of changing the oil on my daughter’s Nissan Rogue. Brianna was great with making sure all my levels were topped off and my tires when I had a question. Great job and would highly recommend to anyone to go here.
Nas and Cincere did a wonderful job putting the skid plate on correctly after the last place didn’t. Very polite. Went out of their way to explain everything and made nice conversation until the job was completed. Time took longer only because they were trying to make everything right when we left which I appreciate since previous place put skid plate on wrong to get us out faster.
