This was the most interesting oil change I've ever received! They have the customer sit in the car while they go through the oil change checklist. They gave me a bottle of water while I waited in my car. I could see them take the air filters out and believed them when they said they needed to be changed or that they were fine. They gave me a few options for the quality of oil to use. I did find this visit to be as expensive as going to a dealership. But they have a halfway checkpoint before the next oil change is due where they will check and top off fluids procedure for free with the purchase of this oil change service. Aiden was the Lead technician and took his job very seriously. His professionalism gave me confidence to try a new place other than my dealership.
