It was hot. They handed me a cold water and immediately directed me into the garage Showed me the pricing up front. Gave me their recommendations. They were quick checked all the fluids, tired pressure filters and more. The inside filter was awful!! Glad they suggested it. Now the AC blows much cooler! We feel safe and ready for our trip! A+
Renee Bogie,This is the first time I've gone to Take 5 for a LOF. First, let me say, when getting an oil change, I've never been greeted before with someone asking me if I would like a bottle of water. All three gentlemen were extremely polite and professional. The questions they asked enabled them to provide me with the best choice of which tier of the oil change I would like to purchase. They answered all my questions and never pressured me into buying something I didn't need. I was also shown a new air filter, next to my air filter, so that I could see the difference between the two and see just how dirty mine was. There was no pressure to buy a new one, although I did. My cabin air filter was a bit dirty, but instead of buying a new cabin filter, I asked the gentleman to shake it out and put it back in. I will replace it on my next LOF. He explained to me that many customers are able to split purchasing the air filters like this to help keep the cost down. Unfortunately, my vehicle uses 6 quarts of synthetic oil, so that definitely increases the cost, but you will run into that no matter where you go. I love that I never had to get out of my vehicle! They also checked the air pressure on my tires.
Vicki Sivertsen,Got my oil replaced, they let me know my coolant was needing replaced as well and even topped of my windshield wiper fluid with out me having to ask and replaced my wipers since they noticed they were old and tearing, they were very nice and kept me informed on all what they were doing
KyLeigh Savage,Staff was professional , explained the process The only thing that I didn’t care for is the fact majority of the vehicles today take more than 5 quarts of oil, I’m not sure if the price of oil has gone up that much but I thought $15 a quart, that expensive I think. Nothing on the employees
Kenneth Buel,Went in for an oil change, after testing my coolant they advised me it should be changed soon but was good enough for now. When I said to go ahead and change it out, Andrew seemed surprised I went for the additional service on the spot. They also checked both air filters and advised while they were dirty they were also good enough. Other shops I’ve been to would have insisted that everything be changed out just to get that extra buck. Always friendly when I go in. Quick service and staying in my truck is a huge plus. Will not go anywhere else for oil changes. Thanks Take 5, for being the shop we all need!
