Just stopped by the brand new Take 5 Oil Change in Lee’s Summit and I’ve got to say—easily a 5-star experience. The team was super friendly, professional, and had me in and out way faster than I expected. I really liked that I could stay in my car the whole time while they walked me through everything they were doing—no pressure, no upselling, just honest service. You can tell this crew takes pride in what they do. Everything was clean, organized, and ran smoothly from start to finish. If you’re looking for a quick, reliable oil change with great customer service, this is definitely the spot to go. I’ll be coming back for sure.
Dakota Brasuell,They had trouble removing the oil filter, took them 45 minutes. They communicated the entire time what was going on, offered us water, even offered us door dash, and did not charge us for the oil change which still took under an hour. Very professional and will be going back 💯

They showed me all the options and explained everything thoroughly. I stayed in my car and I was out in five minutes. I will definitely go back again.
