After at the most 2 weeks and hardly driving my car I took to get an oil change I went to drive my car today and there is a huge puddle of oil underneath it, I can’t get a call back or anyone to answer the phone. I’m going to keep calling and if no answer I’m going to go up there myself and see what the issue is on answering phone or calling someone back or maybe if they see this they will acknowledge me and try to get this issue taken care of. So I called this morning and Cody answered let me talk to manager Graham and it was a nice conversation he sent Cody to my house in KC,Mo and he looked it over and come to find out it wasn’t anything they could of done. Plug and filter looked good and the oil was full so my apologies and thank you Cody and Graham.
Jade Goodnight,This oil change was such a positive transaction! I saw a guy on the sidewalk yielding a sign -which made me think there would be no waiting time. When I pulled in, Cody was such a great host! He answered my questions and made me feel comfortable about my oil change, which was very welcomed after having one at Big O Tires that resulted in a problem the next day that ended up costing me $400. Graham was super professional and went above and beyond by installing the passenger side windshield wiper I had purchased elsewhere. This was such a good experience. Highly recommend!
Melissa Rush,hello I'm writing this review in care of the manager Kody.. so I rolled in thinking I needed a oil change he gave me the price I rolled in.. after a few mins he informed me that my vehicle didn't need service until another 1350 miles.. told me they had all my prior information etc even though my screen informed me I was due.. this right here is what honesty and real customer service is about.. he didn't try to make the sale and rip me off he also topped all my fluids off because that's what they do for their customers even if you don't receive service . if your even thinking about going somewhere else don't.. the amount of professional attention was top notch everyone was clean.. clean shop.. basically everything.. prices are fair considering things are way outta control.. I tried posting this I had a previous review up I had to delete.. but def visit this location they are excellent and Kody I'll see you in a few months thank you..
chris rice,Friendly, courteous, fast! I love taking my car to Take 5. They are always watching out for the customers! My one other comment would be that I wish they'd asked if I had a coupon. Their website offers one and I had it but forgot so that's on me. But a reminder would've been nice! They still get 5 stars!!
Jodie Holtz,I had to return as we didn’t have the oil filter I would recommend stocking them so I don’t have to return. I am a loyal customer and usual come back but some what frustrating l.
