I wish this location wasn't so out of my way, because I really liked it, aside from the entrance being a bit close to the intersection. It it probably easier to pass it and turn around rather than trying to turn left in unless traffic is very light. The two workers I spoke to were really friendly. I also noticed they were very thorough with calling out the warnings or whatever they announce when a car is moving, engine is turning on, etc. (I'm not sure the location I usually go to does all that, despite always being packed when I'm there!)
I took my oil burning equinox to take 5 for my oil change and I cannot express enough gratitude about their customer service. They were so friendly and understanding of what I was needing and got it done quickly. I'd like to make note as well that their shops cleanliness was unmatched, I have to take my car in frequently for oil changes since she burns through it like a wildfire on a windy MTN, and their bays and sitting area were clean and organized and welcoming! Just all around a great experience! I'll see y'all in 6,000 miles!!
This is a simple and fast location for an oil change. They have treated two of my personal vehicles with care and respect each time. I have had all of the services available completed at one time or another between the two vehicles and not once was there a mistake made. There is always a cheerful person to greet me and the store manager has introduced himself a few times which leaves me feeling confident with my choice in this location.
