From friendly staff to proffesional communication both in person and over the phone these guys really set a high bar! I called ahead to verifiy that it was ok for me to supply my own oil (I only use Royal Purple), and see if they would provide a filter. Not only were they quick with the response but the service was faster than I expected too. I spent just a little over 100 bucks for the oil change and air filter. This was the day after the Fourth of July, and it was incredibly hot. How those guys can work so fast in that heat with no ac is mind blowing to me. I work in HVAC service and understand better than most how hard it can be to think clearly, be proffesional and complete a job in a timely manner when the temperature gets above 90 degrees. I can't say thank you enough and my only regret is that I live in another state and most likely won't be able to visit again. The timing was perfect and I'm truly blown away at this entire team. A+1000!!!!!!

I had an excellent experience at Take 5! Rodney and Rob were absolutely amazing from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, and explained everything clearly without making me feel pressured. They completed my oil change, changed my filter, and replaced my windshield wipers quickly and efficiently. The service was fast, thorough, and the customer care was outstanding. They take customer service at this take 5 on Conley road very serious! I stopped in to get a routine oil change and ended up getting my skid plate reinstalled for free. I had hit a chunk of ice during the winter months and I had it secured with bungee coards to keep it from flapping. Even though they were quite busy, the technician, without asking or charging me anything extra, replaced the broken clips to secure it properly and gave me back my bungee cords. This Conley road take five is firing on all cylinders!

I was instantly met as I pulled into the lot by a gentleman asking me if I was there for service and if I needed some water. He was holding a cold bottle of water. He was smiling and friendly as I agreed I was in need of a fast oil change due to the fact I was actually working when I noticed, "WOW, I need an oil change bad." I was in a panic to fix it quick! Haha!! Thank goodness Take 5 was there on a late afternoon on Saturday!! They all were so helpful. I learned while I was there that they have a few great services like air for my tires, window cleaning, among other things to help a driver out. If you need help, please think of Take 5, and experience these charming guys who will take care of you fast. I was so happy to have found them!! Take 5 gets 5☆ from me!!!♡♡♡Thank you, Rodney I just needed to add that there is no pressure on you once inside. They are cool!🤩

The workers here are super chill. A very professional young woman helped me, but I forgot her name. I was in and out pretty quick and they even offered me a bottle of water :) Though one gentleman said he reads these Google reviews after work and I wanted to talk to him about work life balance. Is Take 5 part of a union? Have you considered unionizing? I recommend the light reading "Value, Price and Profit" to help brush up on this subject. It should be available for free online. Don't let yourself be exploited by the ruling class. xoxo
