Scott Christen,Here in Columbia MO they have fast and experienced people at this location on Conley Rd . This is my first time using a drive up oil change service, I was somewhat impressed with the performance of the shop and the set-up. The technician working on my vehicle was very kind and passionate about their service. I did notice that they were not short on people, the whole experience took at the most maybe 20 minutes. Along with the oil change, wipers fluid, air filter, window cleaning, and tire pressure was all addressed keeping the vehicle safe. Thanks take 5 oil change for your commitment to quality and service.
Robert Donati,Needed an oil change but couldn't lose my car for the day like most places and jiffy lube is out of the question. Got there, out in 10 minutes. 3 gentleman, one was named Rob and he showed me how to reset my oil display in my car. The other very nice, i forgot their names but they worked 05/16/26 around 8am with Rob. Appreciate the work. 10 minutes is super fast and I got a coupon for 50% next round.
Stephanie Kopp,95 Conley Road. Greeted immediately and given a cold bottle of water by Rob. Aaron Smalle was efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. I never saw Rob in the pit, but nothing fell off the car when I left so I'm sure he did a great job. I was impressed with the young lady who figured out the cabin filter. Overall, a great experience and I'll certainly return to this location!
Kathleen Fox,Very quick and efficient. The techs were polite and had no trouble answering what were probably dumb questions they get all too often as if it were a really good question. Service was great, but the employees are going to be why I come back to this location.
