Felt like being treated like a queen! I went in for oil change. One man stood next to me while I sat in car, other man immediately starts oil change. The man next to me asked questions about car to see what repairs they could offer. They gave me other options to fix while working on oil change. , but were not pushy about adding it on! Gave me a water when I first showed up, so sweet. Put in a synthetic oil so I don’t have to go back for 5 months instead of 3. Cleaned my windows, checked my tires, checked my wiper blades, it was a little more expensive than I am used to but worth it! I didn’t even get out of the car! They got my loyalty now!

Service excellent, staff very friendly and professional. When you pull up they bring you a bottled water which is a nice touch. The price is on the higher side but I get that its a quick service type of place. I also needed a change pretty badly so I wanted to just get it done. Wouldn't say its much worse than Valvoline. Not a fan of the $6.99 to install engine air filter that takes literally 5 seconds but I just ate it because of convenience. They charge that fee for any extras regardless so its at least transparent but they already check the filter as part of their steps so if youre paying for a new one anyways.... I would be fine with it if they were changing my wipers or cabin filter which requires a little more effort. In any event, they do let you return at 3k mile mark and get a "top off" service free of charge. They offer 4 levels of oil change but for most you'll likely need Core level or higher. They have conveniental, Core, Complete, or Ultimate as options and the price goes up for each tier which is basically tied to the quality level of the oil. They do offer a 25% military discount if you fit that category. There are coupons on their site as well so definitely check there first. Even with discount my 2017 F150 cost $119 for "Core" oil change and filter. Do what you want with that info. Would I go back, maybe for the quick convenience and friendly staff.

Xavier an his co worker i forgot to ask his name were exceptional today. They both did an amzing job and were super friendly. They did an oil change, new wipers from an back, checked all my fluids , the price was great!! They also diagnosed some issues an were clear what i need to do to fix it. It was my first time there an i will be a returning customer going forward.

Wonderful service. Wait time was minimal. I got a greeting and a bottle of water. Everything was explained simply and understood. It was fast, efficient and every employee was a delight to speak to and hear from. I was shown the filters that did not needed replacement and the price was right.

Needed an oil changed and stopped by on a whim while in Nashua. Xavier and the team were in sync and super friendly and chatted the whole time they were performing my oil change. He suggested a few upsells but never pushed back when I said I wasn't interested. Awesome experience and while it's not local to me, if I'm back in Nashua/Tyngsboro I'd definitely go back. Kudos to Xavier and team.
