My first time using Take 5 Oil Change Services. They were very communicative of what was being done. I waited less than 5 minutes and he apologized for the wait. He also brought me an ice cold water which was a surprise as no where else offers that. There was no pressure to purchase things that are not needed. Topped off all fluids and checked tires. Told him I was going away this weekend and he said we will make sure your good. The coupons are very helpful, especially the way times are now. I will definitely be going back again.
Went to go get my oil changed the other day and the service was superb! Got it changed so quick and the lovely young lady who was walking me through the pricing options was so smart and led me through entire process so expertly. The few gentlemen there were also so quick and charismatic. Gave us waters just for showing up! Going back for sure!
Great group of guys, nice and friendly. They offer you a bottle of water while you wait (some would say that isn’t a big deal but it is) they didn’t try to upsell me anything or talk me into something I didn’t need or want. Oil change took about ten minutes, definitely going back there again! And they’re open on the weekends which most garages are not.
