⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Take 5 Oil Change! From the moment I arrived, the team was welcoming, professional, and attentive. They made the entire process smooth, quick, and stress-free while taking the time to explain everything and ensure I felt comfortable with the service being performed on my vehicle. Their customer service was truly outstanding, and I really appreciated how friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful everyone was. It’s refreshing to find a place that values its customers, provides efficient service, and makes you feel appreciated rather than just another customer. I highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for quality service, convenience, and a team that genuinely cares about the customer experience. I’ll definitely be returning! Keep up the amazing work! 👏🏽🚗💯 Thank you Malex and the team!

Had an awesome experience at Take 5. The staff were extremely friendly, efficient, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. There was no pressure to purchase additional services or unnecessary upselling. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and gave me detailed information throughout the service. SUPER impressed with their safety-check system. The team consistently double-checks each other’s work and does a final run-through before you leave to make sure they’ve covered all their bases. It made the entire process feel very thorough and organized. As a shortie who isn’t particularly knowledgeable about cars, I also really appreciated how comfortable they made the experience. I never felt intimidated by a bunch of confusing car talk or like my lack of automotive knowledge was being taken advantage of. Everything was explained clearly, in simple terms and respectfully. Another HUGEEEEEE plus is their free top-off service between oil changes. You can come back before your next oil change is due and have your fluids topped off and tire pressure checked, which is such a convenient service. Shout-out to the new manager—you’re doing an awesome job! Thank you especially for putting air in my tires today so I could safely get around for work. It was genuinely appreciated. Friendly, efficient, thorough, and trustworthy. Definitely a place I’ll continue coming back to.

had a great oil change experience, max was kind and honest and walked me through each step. he explained everything thoroughly so i felt comfortable and informed. although it was a tad bit more than i planned on spending i think the customer service and later closing time made up for it. quick and efficient service, plus a free bottle of water :) thanks guys!
