Really friendly customer service. Good vocal communication between mechanics loud enough that I could hear the progress being made and that all aspects were started, finished, as well as double checked for verification. As well as the oil dip stick brought to me while still in my truck to show the amount and that the oil was changed and it’s color was as new oil should be. Not to mention it was like 101 degrees out and these guys were still pleasant and motivated. They have some quality people working there. Thanks guys!

Typically I hate going to get oil changes because mechanics will try to up sell everything and are dishonest about what really needs to be done to keep my vehicle running properly. Today I noticed my son’s car needed an oil change so I decided to bring it in. The 2 gentlemen were through and quick with getting the car taking care of. I asked if I needed to change my cabin and air filters and they took them out, showed them to me, and said no they were perfectly fine. Right there I made my mind up. I will be taking my vehicles here from now on. And I will be recommending them to anyone who asks for a good place to get their oil changed.

I have to say, the team at the Leominster Take 5 treated me with kid gloves! Not only offered me a cold bottle of water, but a warm hand shake when I mentioned my husband had recently passed. The oil change was quick, the price super reasonable. I'll be back in 3k :) pearl and i are quite pleased with the service.

Great service. As soon as we arrived Xavier gave us water and checked our sticker to see if we just needed the top-off. Then he and Nate got our oil changed quickly. They were transparent about pricing and didn't try to upsell on unnecessary services.

We came at 6:30pm (on Saturday 04/04/2026) and realized they closed at 7. They didn't rush or make us feel uncomfortable for coming 30 mins before closing. The 2 young men working were respectful, professional, helpful and friendly, and even offered us bottled waters as soon as we pulled into the garage. The price was fair and the service was fast but not rushed. There wasn't any pressure to push us into buying things we didn't need. Thank you!
