All the gentlemen who work at Take 5 Oil Change on Barataria were absolutely the best. Before I could even stop my car, they were there waiting with water and a warm smile. The friendliness I received was truly wonderful. They worked together as a team, laughing and communicating not only with each other but with me the entire time. The customer service was excellent, and the experience was quick, professional, and welcoming. I truly appreciate the outstanding service and I will return.

N C,I get my oil changed at the Barataria Blvd location and every person that works there is super nice! They explain what they’re doing, what needs to be done and why! They also check the pressure in your tires which is great for a single woman who doesn’t always have time to do that. If you haven’t been there you need to go check them for yourself! I wish I could give them 10 ⭐️ bc they are that Awesome!
Denise Bruce,Considering it was the day after 4th of July they were busy but very courteous and thoughtful only thing I can complain about is they did take two other cars in front of me that came after me. They were using all three bays to keep people from being out in the heat and the sun at least which was also nice of them considering they were only so few workers to how many people waiting so I give them four instead of five stars for the mishap of them taking other people in front of me when I had been waiting there for an hour and 15 minutes.
Mama Tea,Justin, KP, and Blake are the absolute best. Every time I come to their shop to get any work done, I have the best experience ever. They’re extremely friendly, work at a fast pace to ensure their customers aren’t sitting there for long, they work as a team and provide GREAT customer service!
