I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change thanks to Connor and Derek. They both went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and explained the service clearly without any pressure. They were friendly, professional, efficient, and made the whole process quick and stress-free. It’s not often you come across employees who genuinely care about providing great customer service, but Connor and Derek definitely do. Their attention to detail and positive attitudes made a big difference. I really appreciate the outstanding service and will definitely be returning. Highly recommend this location because of them

Incredible experience! I was welcomed and greeted by Donald and immediately offered a cold bottle of water with a very short wait time. Tee was the best, she greeted me with kindness, she was honest and didn’t try to sell me anything that wasn’t needed, she explained everything that I needed and the services I received. Tee was very knowledgeable when explaining everything, and offered me a water as I left. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. I never leave reviews, but I was genuinely touched at the compassion and honesty I received from Tee this morning!!!!!!!

Jason, Derrick, and the rest of the team were exceptionally helpful and highly professional. It was clear that they knew their jobs well and worked with remarkable efficiency. Their dedication and work ethic deserve recognition. (I hope I remembered their names correctly.) My only concern is affordability. Not everyone can comfortably afford a routine oil change, and while it's not my responsibility to be everyone's mechanic, I do believe essential vehicle maintenance should be more accessible. Perhaps an early-bird special or a discounted service window for a couple of hours each day could help more people keep up with necessary maintenance. A company can certainly remain profitable while also making a positive impact on the community. Offering more reasonable pricing would help drivers keep their vehicles on the road longer, which in turn would encourage customer loyalty and repeat business. I would also like to emphasize that your employees deserve serious consideration for a pay increase. These individuals spend long hours working in extreme heat and around dangerously hot engines, yet they continue to provide excellent service with professionalism and efficiency. Take 5 should consider how it can better serve the community by supporting both its employees and the many drivers who struggle to afford a $100+ oil change. Investing in your workforce and making routine maintenance more affordable would benefit customers, employees, and the company alike. Speaking for myself, I use your service because of the convenience. However, if prices continue to increase, I will simply start changing my own oil again. I appreciate the service, but there comes a point where convenience no longer justifies the cost. I suspect many customers share similar concerns about rising prices and the growing perception that large corporations are prioritizing profits over affordability. These comments are offered respectfully and in the spirit of constructive feedback. I value the service your team provides and would like to continue being a customer for years to come, but maintaining affordability and investing in the people who make your business successful are important considerations.

“There are still good people out there.” Those words restored my hope during a difficult time. Kindness is free, yet it’s something I haven’t seen much of lately. My angel on Earth was Jason at Take 5 on Florida Blvd. in Denham Springs. I later learned he’s the manager. He helped me find a coupon, worked on my car with a smile, and told me to come back and ask for him. When I returned, he recognized me immediately. Once again, I found myself in tears. I will always be grateful for the kindness, compassion, and genuine care Jason brings to our community.

I have never been more impressed with Service in my entire life. Those gentlemen were awesome. They kept me completely informed of everything they were doing and how long it was gonna take and what they recommended and the only thing is there were no stickers to put on my windshield so I do have to stop in there tomorrow and pick up a sticker from my windshield, but I will definitely go back and tell everyone else that that’s the best place to go
