I had an excellent experience at Take 5 yesterday. Roman and Lance provided outstanding customer service from start to finish. They were friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable, taking the time to answer my questions and explain everything clearly. The service was incredibly quick without feeling rushed, and they made the entire process easy and stress-free. It’s hard to find a team that is both efficient and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend stopping by and asking for Roman and Lance if you want great service!
Everything went fine. The young gentleman that waited on me were extremely professional. All I needed was labor only because y'all do not have the Brand of all that my old truck has had ever since it was new and I do not want to change the brand of the grade at this point in its life and I usually just go ahead and pick a filter up too. I use a special wix brand filter that is far synthetic all so all of that went fine. They took care of everything just fine. Seemed to go fine. No one tried to sell me any other frivolous things this time that I do not need and I appreciated that. If I want that crap I'll ask for it. I know y'all make money off of that stuff but disposing of oil is a problem for me and that's really all I need at this point right now. They didn't ask about the wipers the air filter anything. I'm all right with them asking about the wipers but I don't like people jacking with that air filter breather on that old truck because it's hard to get the thing off. And I had just got a new air filter recently so luckily they didn't ask me about any of that kind of hog wash so it was really a good experience
Customer service was superb! The difference in service from the Take 5 in Dallas, Tx is very noticeable in a major way! Kam and Dion were very knowledgeable and kept me updated on what they were doing during the oil service! I will definitely be back every-time when in Baton Rouge during business!
