Update: still getting my oil done here…the guys always get the job done, even in the 100 degree temps. They keep us updated on anything we’re needing done soon. We appreciate you guys. And my kids appreciate the snacks. The guys working always ask me to share my review for their contests and I almost always forget. But today, I’ve got an extra few minutes because my oil change was super fast! I know if I had gone somewhere else I’d probably still be there. The guys that worked on my car today: Anthony, Rob, Stephen, and Hayden, were all great at their jobs and helped me with any questions and also offered advice for future service. I always look forward to my oil changes here because they’re fast and friendly and actually know what they’re talking about compared to some other “quick” oil change places. Thanks guys!

As someone who writes a lot of reviews, I don’t hand out five stars just because a business is friendly. A five-star review has to be earned, and the team at Take 5 Oil Change in Avon absolutely earned it. From the moment I pulled in until the moment I left, I was treated with kindness, professionalism, and genuine respect. Every single team member gave me their full attention. They worked together like a well-oiled machine—quick, organized, and incredibly efficient. I wish I remembered everyone’s names because they all deserve recognition. One person I do remember is Stevo, the manager. His customer service was exceptional. He has the kind of personality that makes people feel welcome, appreciated, and valued. He leads by example, and it shows in the way the entire team works together. What really impressed me was that Stevo apologized because he felt my service had taken longer than it should have. Honestly, I thought they were incredibly fast! Even so, he handed me a 25% off coupon for my next oil change because he wanted to make sure I left completely satisfied. That level of accountability and customer care is rare. Please let the entire team know they exceeded my expectations. Every person I interacted with contributed to such a positive experience, and I wish I could recognize each of them by name. I left with more than just an oil change—I left feeling like a valued customer. That’s the kind of service people remember, and it’s the kind of business I enjoy recommending. I’ll definitely be back.

After a long trip back home, we stopped in at about 15 minutes before close to get the oil changed. The Maintenance Required light had been on for a while during torrential rains/wind as we drove through the mountains in Tennessee. We were happy that they could get it done AND check and fix a pesky issue with our glove compartment. Another shop had replaced the cabin filter and, when they put the glove compartment back on, a piece broke off. They were able to get in locked back in place and we haven’t had that issue since. Take 5 Avon has been our go-to shop for most car needs. I especially appreciated the top-off service in July before we left on our trip. Thanks guys! We returned to Take 5 this week, stopping in for an oil change, air filter check, and windshield wiper replacement (front and back!). They were quick, thorough, and explained what they doing along the way. Thanks Casey and Logan! And thanks to the staff who helped. We’ll be back for our top off when needed. Thanks for great service this week! We know we can always count on getting an oil change, tires checked, and filters correctly replaced. I’ll be back once I find a cabin air filter cover that’s the right size. Update: Found a cabin air filter cover and Take 5 took care of installing it for us. Thanks! Went back to Take 5 this week for an oil change, plus get our windshield wipers replaced (front and back!) They did the usual checkups (filters, tires, etc.) and pronounced all in good shape. Nice to see women in the shop this time. Thanks all! We’ll be back for our top off in a few months. Stopped in Take 5 yesterday afternoon, after the Maintenance Soon light came on. As usual, the staff were quick, thorough, and informative. I appreciated the cold bottled water and chocolate this time, too. I’ll be back in a few months for the oil top off!

Steven is the absolute best !!!! This location picked the right shop manager. Friendly , customer driven and very knowledgeable. The team atmosphere here is unbelievable. They work well together and communicate. Dallas was an awesome addition to my service today and I couldn't be happier. I will be back !! Also, won't be putting duct tape on my wipers again LOL

I will always come to this location they always do an amazing job and always are very thorough! I have never had a bad experience or been unhappy with my service! They also spoilt kiddos when they are with me as well! It’s hard to find good service with your car especially as a woman. They never make me feel like I need to buy anything extra.
