I was literally floored by the excellent customer service provided by these two young men, Chris and Trevon, BEFORE I had a service done. I was given water before I pulled in. They were courteous and respectful young men. They answered every question I had and did it with respect and understanding. I saw my filters put under the hood and underneath the glove compartment. The suggestions given to purchase these items was necessary. I did not feel hoodwinked as I had a previous oil change place. I was not charged erroneously. I was able to stay in my vehicle. I was informed of everything that would be done. They were gentlemen and said God bless me. They were not in a hurry to get me out. I can get a free top off and tire pressure check in between oil changes. Wow!!! Only if you knew my past experience this year, you would understand why I am so happy. They took their time. I so appreciate this place and when it is time for my next oil change, I will definitely return. God bless you young men. Keep up the good work!

This was my first time there, I desperately needed an oil change and the guys that worked there today and the female that changed my oil really took care of my car. I appreciate their honesty so much and not trying to upsell me stuff that I didnt need. Everything they did let me know I needed to change was fully accurate and i was so surprised how fast everything took. I was in and out within minutes! Thank you so much guys! I will most definitely be coming back here on the regular

EDIT- I can’t post multiple reviews but Chris and Trevon were not only kind, respectful, and thorough, while chatting they helped me troubleshoot an A/C issue saving me hundreds. Thanks again and as always! Joseph and Doni were incredible. They explained everything clearly and without condescension. I truly felt like a priority customer and very well taken care of! My reason of my visit here was to check my oil . I had already went to the cicero location also told them about to check my cabin filter cicero location never check it out . Chris was the only one to tell me about my engine coolant .that needed to be changed i also told Chris to check my cabin filter its was dirty again the cicero location dont listen I will never go back to that location. I had a question that Chris could answer so Trevon was able to answer my question also MY main concern also I was missing some screw under my car to hold up an cover Charlie told me I was missing them as he had need screws for me this team here was extremely excellence this Pic im showing here i only had one im trying to post the dirty engine coolant and the dirty filter cicero take 5 sux

They did an excellent job on my oil change. Not only did they help me quickly and efficiently, but they also gave my vehicle a multi point inspection to help me get a better understanding of my whole vehicle. The team at this location works efficiently quickly and they work very well together they each have a separate area of expertise and working as a team together they shine. I’m a business owner myself and this location is exceptional and it’s customer service. It’s friendliness it’s efficiency and the service they provide and for the price can’t beat the price anywhere.
