Remi and Dick KNOW THEIR STUFF! If you’re in the anxietygang, you’re probably already familiar with the late oil change self-flagellation I’d been doing before pulling into the Take5 on Garrity yesterday, but I drove away happy and relaxed because these gentlemen made time in their promised 10 minute service visit for: Explaining each stage of their process, as what was clearly part of the standard script; Recommending another local business (Loya’s Tires, I’ll see you soon) with their own personal experiences behind it; Talking me through the decisions I needed to make without any hint of a guilt trip toward the upsell, Remi had more to say about the longevity of a product than anything else, and was ready to upscale his explanation or move along based on my questions; And, most importantly, when Dick popped out from under my car to discuss their free top-off visit (low fluid levels, anxietygang, I knew we had a problem well before I pulled up), he presented it as something they really hoped I’d do, “don’t be shy, come on by,” which was exactly what I needed to hear right then. Oh, AND the entire experience was extremely reasonably priced, into the bargain. Awesome employees, awesome business model, it’s been 36 hours and I’ve already recommended them to two friends I KNOW are overdue for an oil change. Thanks for the free bottled water and excellent vibes, Remi and Dick @Take5!

I have been coming to Take5 for around a year now. They are always kind and professional. This last time they recommended I replace my air filter, but they didnt have a new one available. It reminded me that they said the same thing last time. Upon hearing this, the opted to go buy one from an auto part store, so they could replace it for me. They also said they would order a couple to have on hand the next time I need it replaced. They went above and beyond.

Wow these guys were great. I did have a few choices but I needed the oil changed as early as possible because I was only traveling through on my way back to Utah that day . The extra few minutes were so worth it. I got there right as they opened at 7:00am. I was able to stay in my car and listen as the mechanic under the car reported exactly what he was doing up to the mechanic who was finalizing the transaction, it literally sounded like two rock climbers talking and giving responses letting each other know what they needed to do to be safe. There was no upselling, no hassle just straight forward oil changed. Then the mechanic who was talking to me traded places with the mechanic to double check the work that was done, and came back and reported there were no drips or other issues under the car. That gave me such great confidence that my trip home would be smooth. I am so impressed. Online I found a coupon, they accepted it with no questions and as I was driving away they handed me more coupons. Great experience, great people, very thorough, and worth the few min detour from I-84 into Nampa, Idaho.

This is the 1st time we went to Take 5 & we'll most certainly return. The guys were awesome! Remington, Levi & Jace were both professional & friendly. Remington showed upmost respect to my husband, a Navy Nuclear Submarine Vet, by acknowleging & thanking him for his service. The guys definitely demonstrated teamwork as they serviced our car. This is a great crew, don't hesitate to have your oil changes done at Take 5!

The team worked well together. There was a ton of communication to keep everyone’s fingers and toes and other extremities safe one of the things I noticed that was really cool to see was when checking to make sure a gasket was there. They double checked with the guy up above the guy up above said yes, and then I heard you know the rules you have to touch it to make sure it’s there. That’s awesome to hear. Your blinker there so I figured Keeps your car safe and makes sure everything goes back on the way it’s supposed to so love to see that really good training from the manager keep it up guys.
