Oil Change in Nampa, ID at 4203 Garrity Blvd.

Firstly I want to Thank Jeremiah Lyss (Assistant Manager) as well as Devin, Ben (unfortunately couldn’t get all of their names) and the WHOLE team working on 10/17/2026 between 2-4:30pm, they are amazing and just honestly the kindest most help group off people I’ve ever met especially with it being my first time going to them myself (I have other family and friends that recommended me to them that have consistently gone to Take 5 and never had any issues) I went for a simple oil change and they unfortunately couldn’t initially do the change due to horrible work done by v*lv*line and them completely stripping the bolts holding up the front skid plate, after taking my car back to the other company that I will never go to again to have them remove the bolts they had stripped, they handed me the bolts and screws and put the skid plate in my trunk on my way back to Take five and pulling up into their bay we found out that not only did V*lv*line remove the screws they had ruined for my front skid plate they removed the 2 front screws to my Metal skid plate which in turn completely destroyed it . However Take 5 went completely ABOVE AND BEYOND to help me by jacking up my car , removing the destroyed Metal skid plate which again was not caused by them, took photos for me and sent them to me and then continued and did an amazing and super fast job on my oil change! They also helped guide me on what to do about the damage Valvoline caused to my vehicle. All this to say I will only ever from now go to Take 5 for all of my Vehicles service’s. I hope that Take 5’s upper management see’s this and gives them all a raise and appraise that they all deserve. Once again Thank you Jeremiah and team for all of your help today I would have been a complete mess with out you guys ! I also hope this review changes people’s mind about where they take their vehicles for maintenance and takes them to Take 5 instead! (the one on garrity to be more specific lol)

Had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change on Garrity! Ali, the manager, and Liz were both super nice, friendly, and helpful. They took the time to explain everything clearly and were very informative about what maintenance our vehicle needed and what we should keep an eye on. I really appreciated that they didn’t make me feel rushed or pressured and actually took the time to answer my questions. It’s nice to find people who genuinely care about helping customers understand their vehicles. I would definitely come back again and would recommend this location to others! Had an amazing experience at Take 5 after a long day of work. Ali, the manager, welcomed me with kindness. Jace was my service advisor, who for the first time at any mechanic shop, didn’t try to upsell me and he even told me about the services I will need in the future to let me be prepared. Jeremiah was working on my car who was efficient and professional. Unlike every other oil change shop I’ve been to, it was super clean and organized and the staff actually acted like they wanted me to be there. I will be back soon with all of my other vehicles. THESE EMPLOYEES DESERVE A RAISE!!!!
