WOW what a remarkable group of people that work here. I stopped in on a whim yesterday for a quick oil change and really enjoyed chatting with Hank who was so sweet and knowledgeable. Not to mention the manager Ali came up to my car to let me know if I needed anything during my quick visit. He was checking in on all his employees and they all at a great work ethic. I was surprised normally I don’t write reviews because there is no review to write when you go grab a quick oil change but the guys who serviced my car were worth the review for sure! Thank you so much to the great management and team here!
5 stars all the way! Anthony and Hank were hands down amazing to work with! I had just purchased my Jeep within the last month, and since I had no idea when the last oil change had been done, I decided to stop in and get one. From the second I pulled up, I was greeted immediately. Anthony walked me through the entire process, showed me my air filter, and answered all of my questions. I asked about the other services they offered since I wasn’t sure of the Jeep’s maintenance history. He explained everything clearly and even offered to look it up on Carfax. I told him there was no need, I’d rather just have the services done for my own peace of mind. Hank also took the time to explain that the filler neck on my Jeep wasn’t like most vehicles. Instead of trying to make the wrong equipment work, he found the correct attachment so the coolant service could be completed properly. I really appreciated that attention to detail. Having spent 23 years in the automotive industry myself, I know what good customer service looks like, and I was genuinely impressed with both of them. The entire process was smooth, professional, and most importantly, there was absolutely no pressure to purchase anything. They explained my options, let me make the decisions, and took great care of my Jeep. Anthony and Hank definitely earned my business. Great experience from start to finish, and I will absolutely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Ali, Hank, Landon and That's okay that's Jace we're So amazing to me. They offered me a nice cold water when I got there and they were super friendly. They let me know about any issues they saw and told me about preventative maintenance that they offered to help my car run efficiently. I have not had this great of service in years with my oil changes. I will be back for sure!
