Update: 7/8/26- I stopped by to have my fluids topped off before moving out of state and had excellent customer service again. I encountered an associate by the name of Gary. He was courteous, helpful and very professional. This location has the best staff. They are consistent and knowledgeable. I came here for the 1st time to get an oil change and I will definitely be back. I originally went to the Hiram location but they didn’t have the oil I needed. I called and spoke with William. He advised me he had just enough and would put it aside for me. Upon arrival, I spoke with John and another gentleman. They were professional, fast and friendly.

I was lucky enough to get a young woman named Jewel she went above and beyound what was needed. I went for a oil change and she answered every question I had. I told her that being a woman I have definitely being upsold on things not necessarily that my car needed. So I always go to these places with no trust or confidence that Im being told the truth. She explained everything to me and even printed out information so I could understand what is needed for my car. She was absolutely amazing and I'd like to thank her for making me feel comfortable and telling me the truth. She was freaking AMAZING. Was on a road trip and our oil life was reading 0%, stopped at this Take 5 at 6:30pm on a Saturday night. I simply could not have been more impressed by the service and experience. Every single worker was smiling and happy to be there!!!!!! I had my dog with me and we walked around the parking lot while they were doing the oil change — they not only offered me water but they offered my dog water too!! And of course gave her sweet pets. All in all we were in and out in less than 25 minutes. Just really really glad we stopped here and had the pleasure of meeting their outstanding staff. Give these men a raise! 10/10

I stopped by Take Two Oil Change and was genuinely impressed with the level of service. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain what was being done without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The whole process was quick, efficient, and stress-free, which is exactly what you want when getting your vehicle serviced. As usual we received very prompt, informative and friendly service when we got our oil changed at this location. BUT…..as we pulled out on to the road I heard a loud noise that I assumed was a vehicle in the area with a turbo exhaust. Well…..I soon realized it was MY CAR!!! When I accelerated I would hear this loud rumbling coming from under the hood/ engine area. Well immediately turned around and went back to Take 5. We opened the hood and my husband discovered the air filter had not been installed correctly and a gap was causing the issue. Luckily that was all it was but we did bring it to the technicians attention and truly hope they educate/retrain the staff on this issue avoidable mishap. Kinda shook us up.
