I guess the option to stay in the car is ok but since I'm in FL, staying in the car is a hard no. Some may think its cooler to stay in the car than it is to stand outside but I disagree. I did have to stay off the red floor and I completely understand why. Safety reason. The staff was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and proficient. One of the best things about the experience was when I first pulled up, the attendant walked over to the car with an ice cold bottle of water. Which was not expected but very much appreciated. I will definitely be back again with not just this car but my other vehicle as well. They did an outstanding job in great timing. Love this location and the workers!!!!
Kim Johnson,Exceptional service! Jordan greeted me with a cold bottle of water immediately upon arrival. Once I pulled into the bay I shut my engine off to minimize the heat in the garage, it’s Florida & it’s HOT! Treco came over & told me to start the engine & AC back up because he wanted me to stay cool while I waited. He advised me of what I needed and didn’t. Oil change was super fast! Both guys were very professional. I really hope they get nice Christmas bonuses!

He explained my options and kept me informed at every step of the process. He gave me an ice cold water bottle while I waited. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The morning of my service, the store was short-handed and Johnnie was working alone. He remained focused and calm as he provided excellent service. I highly recommend this Take 5 location!
Michelle Ryan,Everything they do to your car they explain everything they show you the dipstick after they put the oil in they reset your mileage for your next oil change and I had air filter and cabin filter they put it in for me every car I had I went to them to get my oil change and my veteran and they give you veteran discount which makes a big difference on the price
Lester McGowan,The best take 5 vibe I have ever been to I come all the way from Tampa. There is a take 5 in Tampa but no one there speaks English and even though Hablo Español English is my first language and at the Saint Petersburg location, theyalways have water and doggy treats. All the stuff are very nice. It’s always a pleasure in Saint Pete.
