I think the boy's name is Nate that work on my car. 2023 Ford explorer ST Very respectable guy So glad it was him that worked on my car. There two or a couple other sketchy people that were working there. I believe they were both new I'm just glad he worked on my car, not them the other guy. Brian was also a very respectable person knew what he was doing was very nervous about the new people touching my car though. Didn't look very educated but you definitely will return if Brian or Nate are there. Very satisfied with his service.
Brian Dick,I was immediately offered water on a 90+ degree day, which was such a thoughtful touch. The service was very fast, and they even asked whether the items I purchased last time were working well for me. They also let me know that my tires were in very bad condition and needed to be replaced immediately—truly going above and beyond for my safety. When I misplaced my credit card, they were incredibly patient and gave me time to transfer money to another card so I could use the tap option. Excellent customer service, very patient, and genuinely focused on taking care of their customers. Highly recommend.

Which I did request done as my vehicle is approaching 130k miles. He was polite ,funny and very concentrated on getting my ride all set. His co worker plenty good company as well. Yep. They are now my destination on any service they provide.
Kay Ingram,I had a great experience at 5 Minute Lube yesterday. There was a small issue during my service, but the team handled it with honesty, professionalism, and care. The technician immediately owned the mistake, explained what happened, and the manager made sure everything was fixed properly. What stood out most was how respectful and apologetic they were throughout the whole process. I was there with my son, and even though the visit took longer than expected, the team made it right and treated us very well. I really appreciate businesses that take accountability and care about their customers. Because of how they handled the situation, I would absolutely come back. Five stars.

Robinson (Nathan),Pulled in Iwas waited on immediately, the mechanics took care all that my car needed, everyone is very pleasant, what was really nice was as my car had to be off for them to do they're job, but right away they took a few seconds for my comfort the mechanic working on my car put a fan on pointed right at my open window to make sure it cooled me off in this awful heat.All of my car needs were met. My car was happy , I was happy and on my way.
