Went from a 1 star to a 5 star only because of Kyle. Even though one of the employees told me they had no idea who Kyle was even when I asked if he was a ceo or someone that i could talk to about what happened i guess he didnt see that i saw him give him a fist bump and obviously knew who he was .Thank you for making everything right kyle!! The one star would be for Brent even though what happened was a huge safety hazard for my family of the night they changed the oil .. he did complete the job the NEXT day and he felt really proud of himself after having me sit there for a hour and a half & without saying 1 word to me until he was done and when he was done he said it was probably the best work hes ever done ,dude we were only suppose to be there last night for a oil change not the next day for all that ?! Buddy you only fixed what was done improperly in the first place by your team that person put us at risk on the highway even after my husband specifically asked hey is everything okay when he noticed they were having issues and instead of maning up and saying yes he said no its all.good. We noticed there were bolts missing ..you put my 10year old daughters life at risk while we were driving 70mph . Shame on you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change. The staff was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and incredibly efficient. They completed my oil change in less than 15 minutes, which was impressive. What really stood out was how thorough they were. In addition to the oil change, they cleaned my windshield, checked and topped off all my fluids, tested various systems, and even checked my tire pressure. Oil changes are one of those routine tasks that can feel inconvenient, but the team at Take 5 made the entire process quick, easy, and pleasant. If you’re looking for a fast, reliable oil change and great customer service, I highly recommend Take 5 here in Hudson/Spring Hill, the one close to Walmart. They have a strong team, multiple service bays, and they really know what they’re doing. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I stopped in without any appointment and Brandon and Michael were able to get my oil change done quickly. The one word that keeps reoccurring in my mind is "Transparency". They answered all of my questions without hesitation or condescension. Very professional and courteous. I have recently moved to the area and feel confident in stating that I have found a shop that I will be returning to every time I need service.

I’d like to give a five star for Brent Allowing wife to disrupt Store number 1130. And for Hector in targeting certain employees without including the store. Two people are supposed to open the store and there is only one. Brent, who is the manager is never available. This has been confirmed officially on March 31, 2026 with Ashton Tech with another check and no supervisor or manager available. Further actions will be taken thank you for the opportunity in this review.

First time.. I had a discount coupon. I was greeted with kindness and smiles. The guy was definitely a professional. I'm gad I gave them a try. They did a great job. Doing what they do. They went over everything with me. It didn't take forever like Firestone where I used to go. This is my now my new oil change place.
