My sister was having issues with a situation that wasn't getting resolved. I called in trying to get things taken care of and the first person I spoke with seemed hesitant , but then Evan took over the call and understood my worry and frustration with the situation. Evan insured me that he was going to do what was needed to make sure the problem was resolved and he truly did! He stayed in contact with me making sure someone from the higher ups contacted us , made sure that the ball was on the roll with getting her things replaced and I couldn't be more satisfied with our experience because of Evan's consistency and effort to make sure that the issue was resolved! This place was absolutely one of the most professional places I’ve ever came to to get my oil changed. They let me know. They let me know everything that I needed to do to my vehicle for to run. Well they also replaced the filters that needed to be replaced they gave me a flush for my cool system which was brown. I mean they did an amazing job. My car runs like a pro now I would definitely most definitely Tell my family and my friends about this. Take five thank you.

We had an incredible experience at this Take 5 Oil Change in Sebring. We were driving to Orlando late in the evening when our rental car got a flat tire, and we were honestly stressed with no spare. We first went to Tire Plus nearby, where they refused to help us because they were closing soon and simply turned us away. On our way back, we decided to take a chance and stop here, even though it was already their closing time, 7PM. That’s when we met Josh—truly a lifesaver. Even though they normally don’t handle tire plug repairs, he still took the time to help us. He found a spare plug, fixed the tire, got us safely back on the road, and didn’t even charge us because their system was already closed. Josh and his team were kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring—something truly rare to find. Thanks to him, our trip continued safely. If I could give more than 5 stars, I absolutely would. Highly recommended and deeply appreciated. Josh truly restored our faith in good people on the road. Can’t thank him enough!
