Went to go get an oil change for me and my moms car in the same day - Evan and Aiden both helped on both cars so fast, everywhere i’ve been has taken sooo much longer. I’ve been 3 times now and every single time i’ve been it’s been amazing. They have amazing team work and overall amazing personalities. The SECOND I show up I am greeted with a smile and water. They give you a full check which has helped me solve other problems from my car. But seriously always gonna request Aiden or Evan.

I had a great experience and wanted to thank Colby, Evan, and John for taking such good care of me. Colby was fantastic! He took the time to explain what was being done throughout the process, and because of that, I never felt confused or left wondering what was happening. I also appreciated that no one tried to sell me services I didn’t need. I was also impressed by how well everyone worked together. There was a level of teamwork, communication, and efficiency that you can only get from people who genuinely enjoy working together and supporting one another. The entire team was synchronized, professional, and respectful of my time. I was in and out much quicker than I expected without ever feeling rushed. Thank you again, Colby, Evan, and John. I’ll definitely be back!

I went in for an oil change because I thought I was due...because my sticker said so.and I was over....but the mechanic was truthful with me and said it was too soon for one and gave me another sticker with a mileage that had the right time to come in...he saved my pocketbook and I wasn't due for another 1k or so miles .... really loved that guy for that day....because I was really down to my last penny. He didn't have to even tell me all that, he said he likes to be truthful with ppl ..because he likes to try to save ppls money..... we need more people like him in this 🌎 world‼️💕

Most Recent Visit on May 31, 2026: during this visit, I saw a few new faces. Still 5 stars. One that may have been working there before, was now in a lead position. They were working as a team, which made the workflow apparently efficient. And I drove in with an infinity QX80 this time, not even 52,000 miles on t, and I trust Take 5. Back to the crew -- Seems like one of the gentlemen came out to greet me and brought me water, and then the manager came and found out which services I needed that day. While the other guys were working on other things, he kind of prepped things for them so that when they came to me, they could move quickly. That day, received an an oil change and a coolant flush. My opinion is that it is also military friendly. A good place for all you who served. Prior Visit: I had been taking my vehicle to another store because of my work location. However, earlier this week I visited a store in Pensacola on Pensacola boulevard for the very first time. The customer service was outstanding. On a day I visited, there were mostly ladies working, and they did their jobs well, quickly, with courtesy and as a team. They answered questions I had, and shared information that I needed to know that no one else had shared. That is becoming my store. (Reposting to correct typing). And, 8 months later, they are still outstanding; Five stars. Another visit on May 3, 2025: Still Five Stars. Still outstanding service and peeps. The managers have developed depth in their teams. The young lady, AJ provided service on level of the previous two team members. Outstanding, and that speaks to the leadership as well as her work attitude.

This place is amazing. I ended up having to come here shortly after I left the previous take 5 on ninth Avenue because as I was arriving home I heard scraping and I was very close to this take five on Pensacola blvd and so I pulled in and they advised me that my skid plate was hanging off and that was due to the previous technician not doing it properly once finishing my oil change .. so they pulled me in the bay got me taken care of even aired up all my tires because my tires were basically almost flat they said, (14Psi) which was a concern that previous place didn’t even notice that before checking me out.. but this place was very nice, very efficient and would recommend them 10 out of 10 definitely gonna be my new spot to go to.
