Exceptional ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at the Take 5 Oil Change in Ormond Beach! The entire team was friendly, professional, and had me in and out in no time. I really appreciated that I could stay in my car while they worked, and they explained everything clearly without trying to upsell me on services I didn’t need. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. The staff was courteous, efficient, and genuinely seemed to care about doing the job right. David Hart,So glad I stopped in, I googled oil change near me, and I was directed to the Ormond location. I was greeted right away and given a cold bottle water, next I was directed into the bay, and they matched the correct oil from my last oil change. The technician went over the three types of oil changes and explained why it mattered for my vehicle. As they went through their check list, the technician explained we everything they were doing. I sat comfortably in my car, and the technician showed me how dirty my air filter was so I had it replaced. He mentioned a few other things like wipers, air in tire, and a/c coolant. All in all, from start to finish it took 15-20 minutes. Well worth the money, everyone work well together and I was on my way. Great experience!

It was sweltering hot & all 3 bays were busy- but they all kept the pace up, assuring the details and with happy disposition (especially considering how hot its been!). Take 5 is a cool concept with the free top up's if needed between oil changes. Its the crew tho' that REALLY make the business a success with excellent customer service and genuinely happy with where they work. I'll be a repeat customer with 3 vehicles until proven otherwise.
Kim Kos,I was really hesitant to just go into a shop and get an oil change, it was my daughter’s truck so I just wanted an oil change and I didn’t wanna be pressured, for any other thing that they thought they might find. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised with Kris and the other representatives there. I pulled in. They were professional. They were very personable and friendly, and after they looked at the truck, they recommended the different oil changes I could get, along with windshield wipers, which I knew we were needing, and a couple other things however, there was no pressure to get anything done. It was just a suggestion. Within 15 minutes I was in and out! I will definitely be bringing my other Cars here!
