Gator and the boys at Take 5 will take the BEST care of you while you’re waiting for services on your car! Cold waters for my husband and I, apologized multiple times on the wait - he was training on a busy Saturday so I can definitely understand wanting to be there for the customer at all times. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location and these guys!! We live out of state visiting family and was kind of nervous taking my car to a whole new location, that doubt has gone away! Thank you guys again!
Amber Powers,Gaiter and his team were exceptional. They saw the issue and took immediate action to not only rectify the situation that the mechanic from Miami created but potentially save our car and protect my family. They did NOT see it as an opportunity to take advantage of us but treated this as if this had haapen to a family member. He was knowledgeable, transparent and solutionary. Gaiter offer more than enough options to help us move towards permanently fixing having our oil pan bolt completely stripped by the last mechanic in MIAMI. Trust me if you want honest work done on your car I strongly recommend and encourage you to go to them and stick with them.

Was directed into space #1 and advised they would be with me soon as the two others vehicles ahead of me were done. The wait time was longer than I liked, however, the professionalism received by both Carl and Jackson more than made up for it. Services included oil/filter change, air filter change, wiper replacement. They also topped off the wiper fluid and air in the tires! Complete respect for these two, thank you!
