John was technician and I went in to get my oil changed and he was spot on perfect and didn’t want to rip me off. My oil gauge was reading zero- like time to change the oil but when I gave him the sicker I still had 3000 miles left. He checked everything out and suggested I just add a quart of oil vs paying for a full oil change. Checked all the fluids and tires and $10 and some change I was out the door feeling safe for my road trip. I will be back to this location in Leesburg as I trust and respect them with my car.

(Original) Desafortunadamente en esta ocacion mi experiencia no fue placentera, despues de estar esperando mi turno por 10 minutos llego otro vehiculo el cual es amigo de los trabajadores y ellos procedieron a darle preferncia al amigo que a mi , al reclamar me dijeron que yo estaba equivocado lo cual me molesto mas porque ahora insinuan que estoy mintiendo y todo esto frente a mi esposa, era mas sencillo pedir disculpas en lugar de insinuar que soy mentiroso.
I got an oil change at Take 5 and it was so easy and quick they were really nice and friendly. I was so happy that they noticed a small leak in my oil and transmission so I can have my fluids checked anytime free and for top offs for a small fee after the grace period. I'm 74 yrs old and disabled so it's hard for me to check my fluids on my truck but now I have piece of mind. It's hard to find honest and polite businesses anymore.
This was a new experience for me. We were greeted with a bottle of cold water and told to sit and relax in our car. They directed us into the garage. We sat there, relaxing while they worked on everything. It was a pleasurable experience. The guys were very well-versed in their jobs and we were in and out in no time I will definitely go back again.

Because of them, I was ready to switch my loyalty here after 8 years with a competitor. On the technical side of this second visit, the service was actually great. The technician was very thorough—he explained the oil top-off policy clearly, showed me my filters, and did a good job with the actual service. I give him a lot of credit for his technical knowledge. However, the customer service at the window was a different story. I presented a 25% coupon, only having checked the expiration date. Before I could even speak, he looked at me and said, 'This is a Memorial Day coupon. It is my job to ask you for a military ID.' He completely profiled me, assuming I couldn’t possibly be a veteran. As the sister of a Marine, that snap judgment was hurtful. I apologized for the mistake and began looking for a standard $15 coupon on my phone myself. I wasn't asking for a handout; I just needed a moment to pull up a valid code. Instead of waiting, he rushed to charge my card for the full $100.21. He gave me a very 'fake,' high-pitched 'I’m sorry,' claiming he 'could get fired' for helping with a coupon and that 'time matters'—even though there was nobody waiting behind me. As someone with 15 years of management experience, I know a robotic excuse when I hear one. You don't profile customers. I appreciate the quality technical work, but the disingenuous attitude and lack of respect on Mother’s Day weekend was a major disappointment.
