So for whomever want a great experience and also great customer service. Come here 😉 to take 5 oil change in 11551 majestic palms boulevard fort Myers. The young manager there was very helpful. I went there yesterday 4/29/26 for an oil change and he and his coworker look at my tires and even put new caps on my tires. The young manager look at my coolant and said my car was empty he said how come no one checked it, and he sure did. He flushed everything out what was little left and put new fluids and he help me a lot. I was very grateful for that even though for me Fortmyers is a little far from Home Cape Coral I would be going here. It was much better here.

Aiden was FANTASTIC! I want to do a shout out to what a great employee Aiden is. He did our 1st oil change in our new car. He took time to explained a plan for the future services we will need to keep the car running great for a long time. Aiden is so knowledgeable about his job. He did great job explaining what is needed and why. He had it all done quickly. Aiden is why we will be coming back and using this Take 5 from now on!

I had an oil change at Take 5 and the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I pulled up to the bay, I was greeted with professionalism and even offered a water, which immediately set the tone. Troy and Aiden were amazing friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experts at what they do. They took the time to explain recommendations in a way that I could actually understand, which I really appreciated since I’m not familiar with mechanic terms. It never felt overwhelming or pushy, just helpful and honest. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and customer-focused from start to finish. It’s rare to come across service like this, and they definitely made a lasting impression. If I could give 20 stars, I would. Troy and Aiden did an excellent job.

I was very satisfied with the knowledge and service displayed at this location. My son and I brought down two cars from Michigan. One of those had an oil change done north of Detroit for 59 dollars and once I got down here I took my other car to get an oil change. What an early Xmas present! I pulled into a place 500 ft from take 5 and he said I can have you out the door for 127.00, so I put it in drive and fortunately I turned the right direction and saw take 5 oil change.62.00 out the door.

I was thinking this place would be a quick stop oil change place on my way to work.. boy was I wrong. Jesus & Clyde were friendly, professional, thorough, and dynamic team players. Yes they are quick, but also transparent about the work they are doing and what is in good condition or what needs replacing. I will definitely come back just for the service and value. Thanks guys!
