Courtney and the team there were fast and super friendly. We go to Take 5 all the time because we have a fleet account that came with the purchase of our car so we get our oil changed regularly. We just moved to this area and were in need of an oil change. We were very happy with our experience. The manager came over and double checked to make everything was good and correct. They even offered our kids little snacks while they worked on our car. We’ll for sure be going back!
Ashley Smeader,This was our first visit to this place as the other places we normally use were booked up. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. We requested an oil change and tire check as the TPMS light was on. They checked the cabin filter and wow/ the amount of debris was frightening! That was immediately changed. It was reassuring to see they had all items on hand. The total time spent there was about 18 minutes/ we were in the vehicle the whole time. Overall, we are very pleased that we took a chance and visited the Take 5 oil change shop and we we’ll likely visit them again. No issues after servicing were noticed. Give them a try!

I was out of town and ended up accidentally running over a large curb, which caused the skid plate under my car to start dragging. I was pretty stressed since I wasn’t familiar with the area, so I called ahead to see if they could help. Brayden answered the phone and immediately reassured me, telling me to come in and that they would take care of it. When I arrived, he was incredibly polite, professional, and genuinely kind. He took the time to help fix the issue and made sure everything was safe before I left. His willingness to help someone who was clearly in a tough situation, especially being away from home, meant a lot to me. I truly appreciate Brayden’s kindness and excellent customer service. He turned a stressful situation into a positive experience, and I’m very grateful. If you’re in the Crestview area, I highly recommend stopping by Take 5—especially if Brayden is there!
