I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change yesterday. The staff was extremely friendly, professional, and explained everything to me in a very clear and helpful way. They even offered me water while I was there. Before this, I used to change my oil at the official Volkswagen dealership where I bought my car. Every time, I had to wait over an hour sitting in the waiting room while they worked on the car. It always took a very long time. At Take 5, the entire process took around 15 minutes, and everything was done. I was honestly surprised by how smooth and efficient the service was. The customer service was even better than at the dealership. I am very satisfied and will definitely come back again.

Cristian welcomed me with a bottle of water right away, and Kam even cleaned my windshield—such nice extra touches. I’ll admit I was a little nervous seeing online that it only takes 10 minutes—it didn’t seem like enough time to be thorough. In reality, it took about 25-30 minutes, which I actually preferred because it felt like everything was done right. They even do a safety check at the end, and Cristian let me know that all my fluids can be topped off for free before my next required visit. Plus, you get to stay in your car the whole time, which made the experience even more convenient. Overall, a wonderful visit. I definitely recommend going on a Sunday morning! Kristy Lengner,Very bad experience. I told the workers that I was a veteran. He said thank you for your service. I asked if there was a veteran discount, and he said yes. My bill came, and there was no discount on it. Instead of correcting it, he said that he “could not do that”. I went to see the manager the next day, and he said the same thing, that they couldn’t do anything about it. I am not sure why correcting a mistake was an impossible thing to do. This is an unacceptable way to treat customers. UPDATE: After reaching out and calling the number provided, I am happy to report that this issue was swiftly taken care of. I was issued a refund check in the mail. I appreciate them recognizing the mistake and making sure to correct it. Thank you!

Isaiah and Alex are great and made me feel good leaving and I would recommend anyone frequent this location. I even returned to ask a question and the staff answered in a nice manner
