I had tried different locations and always have a uncomfortable experience, usually the guys will be trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge of the car and bad customer service until I got to this location even if I have to drive a little bit more I will still do it , I finally asked for this young man name BJ he is always willing to help , greet you with a smile, seriously always!! and give you exactly what you need , answer questions without making you feel less. respectful and honest! he explained the value and the recommendations but let you decide what you want and what can you afford with out putting pressure on you ! I hope he can be in example to the rest of the locations around Brandon and Riverview Fl of how to treat customers because I’m serious when I said almost went to a different store due to the poorly customer service until I got to this location! thank you BJ keep your Great customer service up! I hope you get recognized because your hard work makes the difference, I take two cars just to that location! if I can’t take it there I wait until I can .

Trae and Seth was there Friday morning and serviced my vehicle for an oil change. Seth was very friendly, showed great customer service! Trae was informative and displayed great customer service and professionalism! they worked efficiently together as a team. Keep up the good work young men, you two were awesome! I'll be back for my next oil change!

This was my second time using Take 5 for an oil change, and once again the service was smooth. I especially want to highlight Traeshawn, who was excellent—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely focused on making sure everything was done right, including correcting a previous issue without hesitation. Brett and Jakob were also professional and helpful, and the whole team worked efficiently from start to finish. It’s rare to find service where you feel listened to and taken care of, and this location delivered. I’ll absolutely continue coming back to Take 5.

Just want to say that our experience here was great. The two younger guys, George and I didn’t catch his name were great. They went above and beyond. You can tell that they’re compassionate about their work. My husband and I couldn’t believe the A+ service we were treated with. We normally go to Walmart for our oil changes but that changes after today. Thank you!!
