I had an amazing experience at Take 5! Eddie and his entire staff were absolutely wonderful! From start to finish, they were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and provided excellent customer service. Eddie went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and his team worked efficiently while making the entire experience quick and easy. It’s refreshing to come across a team that genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be returning! My car is my baby; so going to any franchised location to get any work done is something I am very hesitant about. Given the shop I prefer informed me they do not perform oil changes, I figured that I should face a fear, and try using Take 5. If I am still too afraid to perform my own oil change(it's about the car) by the time I need to again, I will now be going out of my way to this specific Take 5 to get my oil changes. That team puts up with a lot of nonsense, and truly knows how to treat a client if they know how to communicate in a very patient, and accountable way regarding any concerns they could have. I constantly tell them I will leave a review, and by the time I remember, I have forgotten their names. But enough is enough, everyone that works here is kind,respectful, accommodating, and truly know so much about cars that if I ever couldn't afford to go somewhere to get a repair, I would ask one of them if they could help me out if I bought the parts. So much of the same can be said for nearly every single place I have gone to trust other people to work on something I genuinely need for survival due to how difficult public transportation in Florida is. It will actually be difficult for me to use other Take 5 locations the further I get from the team here, because they are that amazing at everything they do. If you are taking a journey that involves being near here, and you need to get fast and accurate work done on your car, always stop here when you can.

I had such a great experience here Saturday! I pulled right in for an oil change with no waiting at all. Bret helped me, and he was absolutely wonderful. He was so polite, friendly, patient, and genuinely seemed to enjoy his job. We chatted while he took care of everything, and he just had such a happy, positive attitude. It’s so refreshing these days to come across someone who genuinely seems happy to be doing what they’re doing and who treats customers with kindness. Bret made what could have just been a routine oil change into a really pleasant experience. Great service, no wait, and an exceptional employee. I’ll definitely be back!
