I enjoyed the caring and energetic personality of BJ. The kindness, the offered water bottle. Everything was great! I also really appreciated that they topped off my fluids. I needed to refill my windshield washer fluid & they actually did! I know of another competitor that has said they did, but they didn't. So I really appreciate that. I told them I needed as reasonable as we can go, as I am looking for work right now. They worked with me to find the best price for my car that was also right for my car. I will be back! By the way, I was a 1st timer at take 5. I wasn't sure that they could do the Mercedes oil change, but they had the unique tools for it. Mercedes requires a different system. 😊
I just left the Take 5 located on Brandon Blvd and Parson's Ave. And I am highly satisfied with the service that I received. I was greeted by Trevor who was very respectful. Trevor.D and Trae.S went over and beyond to service my vehicle. I usually go to another location but because of their customer service and efficient service to my vehicle I will now be coming to this location. 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Everyone was very nice and extremely helpful. They did try to up sale me on a couple things, but I know it’s part of the job. I love this place and I would highly recommend it to everyone 💛
