As a woman that has struggled with feeling "worked" by every auto care place I've ever gone to, this experience stood out to me for many reasons. The team completed a high mileage, full service oil change in record time. The employees were professional, their teamwork was noticeable, the technician running me through the process and communicating with me was attuned to customer service, the manager took the time to chat with me and make the experience personally connecting, and they informed me of services my car needed without making it feel pushy. Although it was a bit pricier than the place I have gone to in the past (but it sure does make sense that oil prices are high, and that the cost of living is just higher right now), it was well worth it and I will return for my next service. Scott and Chris were both very good 😌. They were very thorough with the service, and made the experience very comfortable knowing they were doing what was best for my car. I didn’t know I needed a new air filter but they showed me and eeeeeyuck. Mine was terrible so they hooked me up with a new one. They also replaced my engine air filter because mine was deeeesgusting. Also got new wipers because mine suck and I have terrible vision at night… Anywho, they are great young men and were very helpful.

Never been to a Take 5 before, but Yoshi and the crew were awesome. The experience was different with staying in the car during the service and all, but they were quick and efficient. Took care of the oil change, oil filter, front and rear differential and even told us not to replace the air filter yet. Definitely made us feel at ease through the whole process which took about 20-30 minutes. Would totally recommend and will be back with all our vehicles.

This is the only place I’ll ever take my vehicles for an oil change. Not just because of convenience, but the customer service is unmatched! Their team is extremely quick, they were pretty much finished by the time I finished the paperwork side. They provide all the information you need without the pushy sales pitch on bonus services. 10/10 recommend! I had Jake as my sales writer and he was great too, whole team seems to be on point!

Conor had the most friendly and helpful demeanor I’ve seen in customer service in a while! I appreciated everything he offered, advised, and I definitely took him up on his recommendations. He carried a smile throughout the service that’s very refreshing to see. Yoshi was kind, quick working, and very helpful as well.
