For months I've been passing by the take 5 oil change on 4890 South Broadway. I was in desperate need of an oil change. So I looked them up I got a digital $25 off coupon and went and got an oil change. Hannah met me when I pulled up with a bottle of water. I asked several questions about prices synthetic oil etc. She was very polite and honest. I was really impressed with my service. I dealt with Hannah and Scott. Very honest straightforward people not trying to upsell you on anything. I got an oil change and my windshield wipers replaced. I really was impressed with the communication going on throughout the whole oil change process with me and all the employees. They take safety seriously for customers and their employees. Great communication. Highly recommend this place.

Just as that shop was, this Englewood shop was also amazing: the staff were incredibly kind, very knowledgeable, never made me feel uncomfortable or that they were using my naivety and lack of knowledge about cars against me; it genuinely was one of the best experiences I have ever had at an auto place. And for that alone I will be a recurring customer at Take 5. Thank you for the marvelous service, helpful and kind staff, and making me feel welcomed in a space that has regularly made me feel othered previously at other shops. I appreciate you all greatly.
Conner Griffin,Conor and Jake gave the most professional and detailed treatment that my truck has ever gotten. And all I came in for was an oil change! These guys went above and beyond and they took pride in their work. They gave me important info on my diff fluid that I was unaware of. They got me in and out timely while still being as thorough as possible. They both worked really well together and I knew they genuinely cared about their craft. Highly recommend the location on Broadway.

I thought it would be ackward to be sitting in the car while the staff worked at my car, but it turned out to be a quick, transparent, friendly, and truthworthy experience. They show you the oil, the filter, and whatever products they want to replace/add before doing the work and you can see wirh your own eyes all the work they do. The staff were very friendly and transparent and answered all my questions. I hope the place will keep the same level of service because I will be going back!
Hyesun Son,I had a wonderful experience at the Take 5 off of South Broadway yesterday! Conor and Tyler were both kind and knowledgeable but didn’t try to push me to buy anything extra I didn’t need. I got an oil change and they checked my tire pressure/filled them with air for free as well. Overall, the whole thing took about 25 minutes- but I was literally the first person there so it could take longer if there’s a line. I’ll definitely be back to this location!
