Their teamwork was seamless, and you could tell they genuinely enjoy working together. They were friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making us feel rushed. What really stood out was how thorough they were. They didn't just change the oil—they checked tire pressure, topped off fluids, inspected everything around the vehicle, and made sure everything was taken care of before we left. I was also impressed by how clean and organized everything was, which isn't always what you expect at an oil change shop. And honestly, the best part? You never have to get out of your car! ⭐️⭐️TLDR: Amazing Customer, Quick & Easy, Worth the Drive⭐️⭐️ I was at my local oil change service location when they opened at 7am. I got to work for 11 am, so I just wanted to get it out of the way before going to work. When I went to the Valvoline near which is only 10 minutes away in the fry’s. When I arrived no one was in the office and the doors were still closed. I decide to get out of the car and I hear two men in the distance screaming that they weren’t open yet even though the time on the door says 6:30am. I went back in my car and waited another 10 minutes before deciding to just travel to this Take 5 location which is about 20 minutes out of my way. I am glad I did! As soon as I drive up, the Assistant Manager offers me a water and welcomes me in. He did his checks, answered all my questions and kept me well informed. I had my oil changed and my antifreeze changed very quickly. I was out around 8:20am. I am a veteran and they have 25% off oil changed and also gave me an additional 10 dollars off. I do not care that it is a 20 minute drive from me, I will be only going to this location from now on. I wanted to shout out the GM, Assistant GM and the worker there. I wish I had all of there names but they all deserve a shoutout for their amazing customer service.

Take 5 Oil Change on Litchfield gave me such a great experience. Trey and King were extremely helpful, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand. They also worked to make sure I was getting the best price, which I really appreciated. As a woman, car maintenance can sometimes feel intimidating, but they were honest, respectful, and never gave me the runaround. They made me feel comfortable and taken seriously the entire time. Great customer service and an overall amazing experience. Highly recommend this location.
