We’re testing the program in Little Rock first, and hoping to expand to new locations sometime in early 2024!

• Any car wash purchased at participating Take 5 Car Wash locations
• Any oil change purchased at participating Take 5 Oil Change locations

• Your status remains valid for the rest of the year in which you earn it, plus the entire following calendar year starting from your anniversary date*.
• Regardless of the date you joined, your Silver membership year is calculated from the 1st of month you joined.
• For example: If you joined the program on November 1st, 2023, and tiered up to Silver on March 1st, 2024, your associated Silver Tier Exclusive discount coupons will remain valid until at least October 31st, 2025, even if you drop back down to the lower tier. Validity beyond that date will depend on your status at that time, as Tier Exclusive perks can vary by tier levels.

• All Take 5 Rewards loyalty customers start in the Bronze tier

• At wash locations, make sure you scan your Loyalty ID in your app’s yellow loyalty drawer or any wash coupon in your grey Offers & Promotions drawer
• At oil locations, make sure you give the crew member the same phone number you used to create your Take 5 Rewards loyalty account when you signed up in the app.
• You can also use the “Wash receipt tracking” feature in the Account tab to enter your wash receipt number to get credit for a wash up to 30 days after you purchase it.

You’ll unlock Tier Exclusive coupons you can use every time you purchase a service at participating Take 5 Car Wash and Oil locations! These will appear in the Offers & Promotions drawer of your app after you tier up and get better with each new tier you reach.

You’ll need to have access to a Take 5 car wash location and purchase one of our Take 5 Unlimited™ membership wash subscriptions. Once you do, you’ll tier up all the way to Platinum from whichever tier you’re in now.

• After your first wash or oil change at a Take 5 location, we’ll track your car’s health in the app automatically based on how long it’s been since your last visit.
• To make it shine again and refill the wash or oil gauge, purchase the associated service and make your real life car happy at the same time.
• If you’re an Unlimited wash subscriber, we’ll make your in-app car sparkle again every time your subscription renews.

• You can scan the barcode in this card to get loyalty credit for a wash at a Take 5 Car Wash location, if you don’t scan another coupon in the app.
• Scanning other coupons at Take 5 Car Wash locations will also get you loyalty credit, and the best discount available will be applied.

You can use the Fast Pass entry feature to input your Fast Pass ID number into the app, then attach it to your account. Once our system finds your Fast Pass ID and connects it to your account (usually within 24 hours), you’ll get a notification when you tier up to Platinum, if you have notifications turned on.
