Great staff!!! This is the 2nd time visiting this location in Sun Prairie. They really take their job seriously. They were very informative on the problems with my vehicle. The young lady had a problem removing my skid plate due to rusted bolts. She took care of it and I am grateful. 🙏🏾💃🏽 it was really easy to get a coupon for service on there site the same day.
Everyone did a great job. There was an assistant manager, I believe, who was a female who was present and providing support as the team told me they were all new and had just been hired. She was not overbearing. She was watching what was going on but allowing them to do the work, clarifying or correcting as needed. Everybody really did a top-notch job. You could tell these young men were attentive, polite, took their job, seriously as it related to calling out what was being done below to the people above. Definitely took pride in their work. I will be back to this location for my next oil change.
The best service I've had from any auto shop so far. When we pulled up the technician handed my girlfriend and I two ice cold bottled waters. The technicians were very friendly and informative about my truck's issues and how to fix it.
