Overall the service was very poor. On several intervals during a service I had to remind them to do the tire pressure, top of fluids, and it took 21 tries pulling in the dipstick out and no oil showing to determine that they had to put more oil in. There's one car ahead of me that was about halfway done it still took almost 25 minutes for them to start my service. Seem very unorganized and for years I've been coming there they have a good checklist to go through and then they didn't follow it. Overall I was there about an hour and very disappointed and frustrated. But I did have an opportunity to reach the district manager and brought up my concerns. I don't know if I will get any feedback though. They also didn't check the filter inside the van and they forgot to reset the oil indicator in the dashboard to 100% My service was in the Sun Prairie at Take 5 We have three vehicles that usually run through there and we've been going there for six or seven years. I do not know if I'll go back
Had a great experience at Take 5 in Sun City. Jullien took care of me and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He was friendly, professional, and made sure everything was done right. The whole process was quick and smooth, and I definitely felt taken care of. Appreciate the good service, Jullien! I’ll definitely be coming back.
Great staff!!! This is the 2nd time visiting this location in Sun Prairie. They really take their job seriously. They were very informative on the problems with my vehicle. The young lady had a problem removing my skid plate due to rusted bolts. She took care of it and I am grateful. 🙏🏾💃🏽 it was really easy to get a coupon for service on there site the same day.
