I had a great experience with Take 5 Oil Change! The staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and the service was quick and efficient. They made the entire process easy and convenient while ensuring my vehicle was taken care of. I appreciated their excellent customer service, attention to detail, and the overall quality of their work. I would definitely recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and professional oil change services. I’ll definitely be coming back! Veteran and active duty friendly as well. Great people here.
The manger Chris and his team was amazing. I felt like a celebrity. ❤️ They went above and beyond to make sure my car was taken care of. Not only did they do an amazing job with my oil change, but they also cleaned my windows, checked my tires, and even took care of a few extra things for me at no additional cost. You don’t always come across people who genuinely care about their customers and take the time to make sure everything is done right. I truly appreciate Chris and his team for their kindness, hard work, and amazing customer service. I left feeling very thankful and confident that my car was in good hands. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for honest, caring, and quality service! ❤️
Easily one of the best service experiences I’ve had. The second I pulled up, one of the guys came out with a cold bottle of water and asked what I was there for. I never even had to get out of my truck. They had a heater above the bay so I stayed comfortable with the window down, topped off my tire pressure, and one of the guys even cleaned the outside of my windows while they worked. My fuel filter took a little longer than expected, but the guy working on it apologized and explained that he was using it as a training opportunity for some of the other guys, which I actually really appreciated. While he was under the truck, he also noticed my rear differential fluid could use some attention and recommended adding a service to my list without being pushy about it. Everyone there was friendly, professional, and genuinely seemed to care about doing a good job. I’ll absolutely be back for the rear differential service and anything else they can take care of in the future. Great crew and great customer service.
