Tired them for the first time after they last place I went pinched the gasket around my oil filter and let me drive away. I will definitely be back, not only was it fast but cause your sitting in your car while they change your oil you can see that they take care of your car. Nothing was done for a quick sale and the inspection after they are done was very reassuring. The only reason I came in was cause my car is still under the manufacturer warranty and I need proof of service but now I will continue to go because I feel confident that they know what they are doing.
Ryan, the mustache boy, was amazing! The manager Chris answered when I called and was very friendly and sent me a coupon to my phone that saved me some money when I was ready to pay. The whole team was very professional and speedy. They of course offered a better oil than the basic and their great attitude did not change when I declined. They also offered to change my filters as they really needed it but I also had to pass since I was only able to afford the oil change. Still, they were very professional and not pushy at all. In fact I was glad they checked it for me and showed me it actually was very dirty and needed to be replaced. I will definitely be back to this location even though it’s not that close to me
This place is amazing! I had to get an oil change, and it was the first time I ever had to do it myself. These guys kept me informed of everything they were doing and explained everything in a way that I could understand it. I don't drive a lot and I am no where near the mile mark for an oil change, but the light was telling me that I needed to get one. Apparently, oil gets old in a vehicle and expires. Who knew? I sure didn't. My oil and filter were very bad. They recommended that even though I don't drive very much I should still get my oil changed every six months. They are going to send me reminders so I don't have to remember on my own. I will definitely be going back to them, and I highly recommend them. Oh! They also checked my tires and made sure they were good, they washed my windows, and they topped off all the fluids. And I also want to add that everyone seemed to really enjoy their job.
