They filled my oil no problem and I was able to leave quick. But what makes this location amazing was my car broke down in a very busy street in front of their store. It was just myself and my daughter and some of their workers came right out and offered their help and made sure the car was safely out of way of traffic and helped guide traffic away from us when the car was still stuck. They were very friendly when they offered assistance and even offered my daughter a cold water bottle it was very hot that day. They went out of their way to help even though we had already paid and left.

I had a great experience with them this time, except when I told them I was a vet. The first time I did this I told the guy when he was asking me about the bill I told him I was a vet and he said you need to tell me that before I started working on the bill, so I let that one go. I went back the next time to get it done and I did get my veterans discount with the last visit prior to this one. Now to this one I told him I was a vet as soon as I pulled in and they told me I had to go to some app and register and when I registered it said it could not identify who I was so I ended up having to pay the whole amount with no discount. To tell you the truth that pisses me off if you don't want to give somebody the damn discount for being a veteran or military or fire or whatever you're going to give a discount for, then don't give it but don't offer it and put Hoops in the way so that you don't have to pay it.

Was there tonight at the Indian River Take 5 oil change! I had two very professional, and busy team members tending to my vehicle. I genuinely appreciated how focused, personable and effective managers of their time between vehicles. The effective check list approach used, to ensure everything is done, followed with the explanatory breakdown of all that was accomplished is great! Oil & filter change, tire pressure, air filters checked and changed (as requested) windshield cleaned, and I'm sure I left something out! Additionally, I'm retired from the Marine and was able to get my military discount as well! Definitely give 'em a try!!
