Was there tonight at the Indian River Take 5 oil change! I had two very professional, and busy team members tending to my vehicle. I genuinely appreciated how focused, personable and effective managers of their time between vehicles. The effective check list approach used, to ensure everything is done, followed with the explanatory breakdown of all that was accomplished is great! Oil & filter change, tire pressure, air filters checked and changed (as requested) windshield cleaned, and I'm sure I left something out! Additionally, I'm retired from the Marine and was able to get my military discount as well! Definitely give 'em a try!!
Tanner Monroe Robert Israel & BP were absolutely amazing! Their customer service was exceptional from start to finish. They were professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of, and I truly appreciated their kindness and attention to detail. I highly recommend working with them!

Monroe is a Knowledgeable and Highly Skilled Professional and Team Leader whose Positivity and Customer engagement carried the day- even though she was working and coordinating multiple open bays all amidst an extreme heat index of 110°!! Keep on hitting home runs Monroe and thanks for all you do!
