Everyone was nice and some were lowkey kind of cute and they helped me & kept me well-informed and provided services that protected my safety on the road ♥️ they were personable with above & beyond customer services and truly did well at their jobs! Not only did they know what they were doing, you can tell they are good at what they do and even though it was super hot outside they still showed up and got it done which takes a different type of grind so they have my respect!!! Imma be so real tho I had to pay a bit more than I wanted and waited awhile but it was busy so I get it; I didn’t truly mind and I was willing to pay what was needed to be safe on the road so it is what it is. Other than that, still 5 stars from me :)
I had a great experience at Take 5 Oil Change. Brad was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything that needed to be changed, why it was necessary, and what the benefits were. He also pointed out a few other issues that may need attention in the future, which I really appreciated as there was no pressure, just honest, helpful advice. Brad was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy to understand. The rest of the team were also efficient, and provided excellent customer service throughout. I’d highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change if you’re looking for honest, reliable service with a team that genuinely cares about their customers.
Alonzo (gosh I hope that was his name) was absolutely professional, thorough and knowledgeable. I checked the google ratings before going and I was like, can this place really be a 4 or 5 stars? Yes my friends. Immediate, quick service-I never left my car, I checked off my "change oil" on my to do list, they even topped off windshield wiper fluid and checked my tire pressure while I was there. They changed my air filters that were absolutely disgusting and completely disregarded. Y'all. Self care isn't a bubble bath or a massage. Sometimes it's getting your oil changed by kind professionals while never leaving the comfort of your car.
