Take 5 provided an outstanding experience from start to finish! The staff was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was handled efficiently. They took the time to explain the service, answered my questions, and made me feel confident that my vehicle was in good hands. Excellent customer service, quality work, and a smooth experience overall. I would absolutely recommend Take 5 to anyone looking for fast, reliable, and trustworthy automotive service. I’ll definitely be coming back!
My fiancé and I came to Take 5 for an oil change, and although the price was a little expensive and we were somewhat frustrated with the wait, Brendan completely changed the experience for us. He was such a nice, respectful, and helpful young man. He was patient, professional, and made sure we felt taken care of throughout the process. Honestly, his customer service made the price and wait feel worthwhile. Brendan deserves recognition for the way he represents Take 5\. It’s not every day you come across someone who is genuinely pleasant and takes pride in helping customers. Thank you, Brendan, for making our experience a positive one\! Keep up the great work. 🌻
I had such a great experience at Take 5! I came in for an oil change and a few other services, and Theon and Angelo were absolutely wonderful. I feel like genuine service and hospitality can sometimes be a lost art these days, especially in this area, but that was definitely NOT the case here. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, polite, professional, and genuinely welcoming. The service was quick and efficient, and I never felt rushed or like I was just another customer. Theon and Angelo really went above and beyond to make the experience a positive one. It’s refreshing to receive this level of customer service, and I’ll absolutely be coming back. Highly recommend this location!
