had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize Steve and Jamie! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire service. They made the process quick and easy, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. Steve and Jamie definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!

9-14 Location seems to be getting busier and busier hope they get a few more people to help out. Overall great experience. 3-15-26 Great experience seems to be different folks working each time I go but not problems. Fast and efficient. Follow up 4-5-23 Been back a time or two and was a pleasant experience, until today. No other customers was there. The men working kept yelling at each other. The one draining the oil was yelling that he hares Toyotas and he don't know why anyone buys one, which is what I waa driving. Just a very uncomfortable experience. UPDATE 10-14-22 8:15AM I feel that if you are open you should be open. Since my orginal review I had one good experience here so I stopped this morning. Was greeted and was asked if I was there for an oil change which I confirmed. I was then told it would be a wait as 1 car was in front of me. They only had 2 people working since it was "so early", or as some call it 8AM, which also means they had been open over an hour. So that's 2 bad experiences and 1 good one. Orginal review The new owner of this address "Take 5 Oil Change" is not open. There is no signage, no one on site and no answer to the phone number. Website says open but is wrong.

Great customer service! This crew knows how to take of not just the vehicles but the customers too. Sure there might be a little wait time (what do you expect they are always busy), but they hustle to get cars in and out while being super respectful to all the customers. Like to give a shout out to the management team, Ray the store manager keeps these guys hyped up and in good moods, Jamie makes sure we got what we need to keep the cars running at tiptop shape and scrappy is very thorough making sure nothing is missed and checks on the customers making them feel comfortable and smiling. All communicate very well... scrappy even went out his way and helped clear my headlights up from being so cloudy, 5X brighter now thanks scrap. I recommend everyone I talk to here not just for oil changes but for the customer service as well, totally worth the wait!
