Take 5 is the place to go! I love how convenient it is. I stop by on the way home from work. Staff is amazing. Take 5 is more than just an oil change. MJ brought me a bottle of water to start and walked me through everything going on since they go over a lot of things on the vehicle for proper operation. ( much more than just oil. ) Richard was underneath performing the work quickly amd efficiently. Jamie, the shop manager, checked in multiple making sure everyone was doing the right things and that I was happy with the service. Always a great experience. I will continue to come here for every oil change
This place is absolutely amazing. They are always looking out for the customers, making sure you are getting what you need and giving you all the options, instead of upselling you to the highest grade. MJ, Jamie, and scrappy were the ones to do my oil change this time, and Richard did my windshield wipers and Omar helped lead me in and out. Let me tell you guys, this location has some of the nicest employees you'll meet, they’ll ALWAYS meet you at your car when you first arrive to offer you water and will keep you in the loop about wait times. Not to mention they’ll be happy to answer any questions you have. When I first started coming here it was for the student discount but now I go because it’s honestly the best place around to get an oil change.
had an excellent experience at Take 5 Oil Change, and I especially want to recognize Steve and Jamie! They were both incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire service. They made the process quick and easy, answered my questions, and made sure I was taken care of. You can tell they genuinely care about providing great customer service. Steve and Jamie definitely deserve recognition for their hard work and positive attitude! I’ll definitely be coming back for my next oil change. Highly recommend!
