⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars! Best Oil Change Experience in a Long Time! Who knew getting an oil change could be such a great experience?! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with a snack and water, which was such a nice touch! Every step of the process was clearly communicated, and the entire experience was fast, efficient, and incredibly professional. What really stood out was the communication between the team members. They worked together seamlessly, clearly prioritizing safety, and that made me feel safe and confident that my vehicle was in good hands. A special shoutout to Ruhbam, my technician, who was absolutely fantastic! Friendly, professional, and made the entire experience even better. Hands down, the best oil change experience I’ve had in a long time. I never thought I’d be excited enough about an oil change to write a review, but here we are! 😂 I would recommend Take 5 to absolutely anyone! They’ve definitely earned my business!
One of the best oil change experiences I’ve had! The service was incredibly fast, everyone was friendly and helpful, and the whole process was easy. I especially appreciated that they took the time to check my Carfax and let me know about upcoming maintenance items I should be aware of. They were informative and helpful without being pushy or pressuring me into purchasing anything extra, which I really appreciated. It’s refreshing to find a place that genuinely wants to help you take care of your car while respecting your time and budget. I’ll definitely be coming back and would highly recommend Take 5 Oil Change to anyone looking for fast, honest, and great service!
Nice guys. Easy, fast, and informative. Called ahead of time to check their hours and got a coupon for my oil change. I could have done my oil change, coolant, windshield wiper fluid, and air tire pressure myself, but this saved me time and money. Cost me less than doing it myself too. So I was pretty happy leaving. Anyone who has worked in any kind of hospitality expects a certain kind of service, I was rewarded with great service here. These are good people and friendly. Highly suggest. 👍
